Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms apply whenever you use crowdgem.co.uk, whether you’re buying tickets or merch through a boxer’s storefront, or you’re a boxer/admin using the platform to sell. By placing an order or using an account on CrowdGem, you accept these terms.

1. What CrowdGem is

CrowdGem is a platform that lets boxers and combat athletes run their own storefront to sell fight tickets and merch directly to fans. Each boxer is responsible for their own products, stock, pricing, and fulfilling orders — we provide the storefront, checkout, and payment infrastructure that makes that possible.

2. Orders & payment

When you place an order, payment is taken securely via our payment provider, Viva.com. An order is confirmed once payment has gone through — you’ll see a confirmation page and, once available, a confirmation email.

3. Delivery & fulfilment

Tickets and merch are posted out directly by the boxer you bought from — there is currently no digital or instant delivery. Delivery times can vary by boxer; if your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, contact the boxer directly using the details on their storefront, or reach us at admin@crowdgem.co.uk and we’ll help chase it up.

4. Cancellations & returns

For most online purchases, UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations) gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, except where an exemption applies — for example, tickets for a dated event are generally exempt from the right to cancel once the event date is confirmed, in the same way as with other ticketed events. For merch, contact the boxer or admin@crowdgem.co.uk to arrange a return. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Tickets

Tickets are sold subject to availability and any conditions set by the event organiser (venue, timing, age restrictions, etc.). Tickets are for personal use and shouldn’t be resold above face value.

6. Accounts

Boxer and admin accounts are invite-only and provided directly by CrowdGem. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure. Storefront content (bio, photos, sponsors) must be accurate and must be content you have the right to use.

7. Liability

CrowdGem provides the platform connecting buyers and boxers but is not the seller of the products themselves — the boxer is. We’ll always help resolve issues where we can, but responsibility for order fulfilment sits with the boxer selling the item. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continuing to use CrowdGem after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact us any time at admin@crowdgem.co.uk.
