Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

CrowdGem (“we”, “us”) operates crowdgem.co.uk, a platform that lets boxers and combat athletes sell fight tickets and merch directly to fans through their own storefront. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it’s handled.

1. What we collect

If you buy tickets or merch: your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address, plus the order details (items, quantities, variants, amount paid). This is collected during checkout and is required to fulfil your order.

If you have a boxer or admin account: your login email and encrypted password (we never see or store your password in readable form), and, for boxers, the storefront details you add yourself (bio, photo, banner, sponsors, products).

We don’t collect payment card details ourselves — these are entered directly on our payment provider’s secure page (see “Payments” below).

2. How we use it

  • To process and fulfil your order (tickets/merch are posted out by the boxer).
  • To contact you about an order if there’s an issue.
  • To let boxers and admins access their dashboard and manage their storefront.
  • To keep basic sales records for accounting purposes.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Viva.com. Your card details are entered directly on Viva’s hosted payment page and never pass through or get stored on our servers.

4. Who we share data with

The boxer whose storefront you buy from sees your order details so they can post your items out. Our infrastructure providers — Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting) — process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms. We don’t share your data with anyone else.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Your shopping cart is stored in your browser’s local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device until you check out. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time (see “Your rights” below) — order records tied to a completed sale may need to be kept a little longer for legal/accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To do this, or if you have any questions about this policy, contact us at admin@crowdgem.co.uk.

8. Changes

We may update this policy occasionally as the platform grows. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
